Terms of Service
All clients purchasing services from Amanda Waldron either as a part of a One-on-One Mentoring Program, Group Mentoring Program, Consultation Services, or One-time Workshop, Training, or Webinar, agree to the following terms of service:
Services and Responsibilities:
Amanda Waldron offers a program of mentoring and life coaching services (“Programs and services”) which have been understood and agreed to by Client.
Client understands that the program and services are not a form of professional therapy or treatment program, and are not intended to treat, identify, or diagnose any medical or psychological condition or complaint.
Client understands that the Program will be conducted by Amanda Waldron. Client understands that while Amanda Waldron is a clinical social worker, she will not be operating in any licensed capacity while administering this Program.
Client understands that the Program and services may cause client to experience emotional distress. Client agrees that they are fully responsible for managing their actions and mental state before, during, and after the Program. Client takes complete responsibility for their actions before, during, and after the Program, regardless of whether such actions were discussed in connection with the Program.
Client acknowledges that they are of sound mind and fully capable of understanding the extent and limitations of the Program. Client will not attempt, in any way, to hold Amanda Waldron responsible for their choices or actions, whether or not such choices or actions were in any way resulting from or related to the Program and services or Client’s relationship with Amanda Waldron. Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Amanda Waldron from any loss or liability related in any way to the Program or Client’s relationship with Amanda Waldron.
Confidentiality:
Amanda Waldron will not disclose information client reveals in connection with the Program or Services.
If participating in the Group Mentoring Program, client will make every effort to keep confidential information shared by other Progam participants inasmuch that it does not violate any ethical of legal statutes.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, client acknowledges that the relationship between client and Amanda Waldron is not subject to doctor/patient confidentiality or any other legal protection. Client agree that Amanda Waldron may disclose to appropriate legal and/or law enforcement authorities any fact(s) revealed by client that Amanda Waldron reasonably believes that she has a legal, ethical, or other obligation to disclose. This would include disclosure of threats to themselves, others, or suspected abuse or neglect of a child. Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Amanda Waldron for any disclosure, and/or any results of such disclosure, made pursuant to this clause.
Appointment Scheduling and Payment of Fees:
The client will pay the program fee prior to beginning the program or make an arrangement through a payment service.
Client agrees to provide twenty-four (24) hours notice prior to canceling or changing any individual one-on-one appointment.
In the event that the client wishes to discontinue the program prior to completing it, the client understands that they will not be refunded their program fee and will still be responsible for making payments they arranged financing with a third party.
Upon purchase of program or services, Client acknowledges that they have read the preceding information, have had ample opportunity to discuss and ask questions related to this Agreement, and understand his or her rights and obligations pursuant to this Agreement.
